Parul Varghese

Parul Varghese brings over 20 years of learning & development experience working with cross-cultural teams to her role at Xceedance. She started her journey with L&D, with time expanded to Talent Management, OD and other HR functions. She is the college topper during her insurance major from the University of Delhi and 5th Rank holder in the EDHRM course from XLRI, Jamshedpur. On the professional development front, Parul has multiple professional certifications under her belt, including a Green Belt, MBTI, PAPI, Transactional Analysis 101, Design Thinking, LOMA L1, and AINS.

Her core strengths lie in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative interventions to attract, develop, motivate, and retain employees across levels.
