Melinda Hofmeister

Melinda Hofmeister serves as the Director of Customer Architecture at Xcel Energy, overseeing the digital transformation of customer interaction technologies. With extensive experience in enterprise and IT architecture, Melinda has held various roles at Xcel Energy, including Principal IT Architect and Enterprise Architect, where responsibilities included leading architecture teams and integrating customer relationship management systems. Prior to Xcel Energy, Melinda worked at IBM for over two decades, focusing on enterprise integration strategies and project architecture for energy trading systems, as well as contributing to integration reference architectures. Melinda holds a Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, Computer Science, and Neurology from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Speech and Hearing Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
