Lisa Silva

Lisa Silva has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa started their career at Indiana Michigan Power in 1989, where they provided HR services to a large number of employees. Their responsibilities included responding to union grievances, participating in labor negotiations, processing workers' compensation claims, conducting full life cycle recruiting, and administering employee training.
