Ryan Barnard, SPHR

Ryan Barnard, SPHR has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they served as the Managing Partner at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where they provided leadership, strategic planning, and managed human capital. Ryan then worked as a Corporate Trainer at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill from 2015 to 2017, orienting and training new hires. From 2017 to 2020, Ryan was a Hospitality Specialist at The Jefferson Hotel, building relationships, mastering product knowledge, and maintaining the company's culture and standards. Ryan then joined UMFS in 2021 as a Human Resource Recruiter. Currently, Ryan works as a Recruiter at XcelHR.

Ryan Barnard, SPHR, is currently pursuing a degree in Cyber-Security from ECPI University. Ryan is expected to complete their degree in 2022. In addition, Ryan has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in September 2020.
