Brad Paton

Brad Paton is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager and Lead System Administrator at Xceptor since July 2019, where responsibilities include supporting both on-prem and cloud infrastructure while developing robust solutions to support business growth. Additionally, since January 2019, Brad has provided Office 365 consultancy and technical handover for Ericsson, ensuring a smooth transition to a new infrastructure and securing free Microsoft services for a charity upon request from the President of Merseyside & Cheshire Blood Bikes. Previously, from March 2007 to January 2019, Brad served as a Support Specialist at Ericsson, focusing on C-Suite support, 3rd line Windows Server infrastructure, and networking, while also managing small teams and various projects. Educational qualifications include a degree in Information Technology from Damelin and attendance at Gresswold Senior School.
