Shigeru Kashihara

Shigeru Kashihara is a seasoned logistics executive with extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Senior Director for APAC & Global Network and Managing Director for Japan at XCHANGE LOGISTICS CORPORATION since June 2023, Shigeru oversees the APAC branches, managing P&L, budgeting, recruitment, and local business development. Prior to this, Shigeru held senior leadership positions at OIA GLOBAL and Toll Group, focusing on international business development and managing teams in Japan. Shigeru's career began at Hanshin Air Cargo with various roles, ultimately leading to significant market development in Europe. Shigeru holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Doshisha University, completed in 1993.
