Amber Fletcher

Amber Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Lead Engineering Tech at XCL Resources since March 2022, Amber previously worked at EOG Resources from September 2006 to June 2022, holding various positions including Production Accounting Analyst, Lead Production Accountant, Sr. Operations Assistant, and Operations Assistant. Responsibilities included migrating data, analyzing purchaser statements, processing and accounting for production and revenue, and implementing new payroll software. Earlier experience at Questar Exploration & Production as an Administrative Assistant and Filing Clerk involved accounts payable and digitalizing well files. Amber holds a degree from Utah State University, earned between 2014 and 2020.
