Sebastian Graf

Sebastian Graf is an experienced professional in innovation and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Managing Director at XCNT since January 2019. Graf's expertise in digital transformation was further developed during prior roles, including as Project Lead at etventure, where support was provided to companies navigating digital change, and as External Relations Manager at the Warwick Incubator, focused on accelerating business ideas for young entrepreneurs. Additionally, Graf contributed to the investment strategies for Substack as an investor during its Series B funding round in April 2023. Graf's earlier career included positions as Key Account Manager at Toroleo Auto Media Group and Project Manager at Hamburg Convention Bureau GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stenden University of Applied Sciences.
