Richie Joseph

Richie Joseph is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at [x]cube LABS since September 2022. In this role, Richie focuses on strategic HR planning and employee relations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Previously, Richie held multiple positions at Tech Mahindra from June 2008 to September 2022, including roles in People Leadership Development, Leadership Development Consulting, and Global Learning Consulting, where Richie designed and executed various leadership programs and managed stakeholder relationships. Earlier experience includes similar consulting roles at Satyam Computers from June 2003 to June 2008, focusing on enhancing the skills of associates through effective learning interventions. Richie holds an MBA in Management of Human Resources from Mahatma Gandhi University and a certificate in Global Business Leadership from U21Global and Harvard Business School Publishing.
