Rachael Olive

Rachael Olive's work experience begins in 2010 at McLaren Group, where they worked as a Technical Analyst. In this role, they participated in technical design discussions, collaborated with stakeholders to analyze and develop business solutions, and supported the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Portals. Rachael also ensured the quality and adherence to standards and created technical documentation.

In 2014, Rachael joined Sky as a Procurement Manager. Their responsibilities included supporting Technology in maintaining the supply chain, identifying opportunities for increased connectivity, and making strategic decisions regarding outsourcing. Rachael worked closely with stakeholders outside of Technology, such as Sky News and Sports, to meet ongoing connectivity requirements.

Most recently, Rachael worked at Xelix as a Senior Growth Manager starting in 2016. Xelix's mission is to prevent disbursement losses in finance, and Rachael's role involved preventing errors and fraud in invoice payments. Rachael utilized the Xelix platform to provide real-time alerts and resolve errors before payment escalation.
