Søren Kollenberg

Søren Kollenberg has a diverse professional background in HR and leadership roles spanning over three decades. Søren started their career at Statistics Denmark, where they worked as a Human Resources Head Clerk with responsibilities in HR operations, projects, training, and recruiting. Søren then transitioned to LSG Sky Chefs, the world's largest airline catering company, where they served as a Training and Development Manager and later as a Recruitment Specialist and HR Operations professional. In 2004, they joined Siemens as an HR Partner, responsible for recruitment, organizational development, team development, and mergers and acquisitions. After Siemens, Søren worked at NNIT as an HR Manager, leading a team of HR professionals and executing the HR strategy. Søren also served as a Teacher at Copenhagen Business Academy, teaching "Human Resource Management" to business leadership students. In 2014, they became an HR Manager at Oticon, overseeing a team of HR specialists in Denmark and Poland.
