Marcus Abt

Marcus Abt has worked for Xempus AG since 2021 as a Recruiter. Prior to this, they worked for REWE Group from 2012 to 2021 in various roles, including Kaufmann, Marktleiter, Stellvertretender Marktleiter, Kaufmann, Assistent Marktleitung, and Aushilfe. As Kaufmann, their role focused on the day-to-day operations, customer advice and sales, as well as training two apprentices.

Marcus Abt began their education journey in 2012 when they obtained their Fachhochschulreife from FOS Sozial Fürstenfeldbruck in the field of Pädagogik und Psychologie. Marcus then went on to complete an Ausbildung in Einzelhandelskaufmann at IHK München from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they earned a Fachwirt in Einzelhandelsmanagement from Akademie Handel e.V. In 2019, they began studying at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie in 2022. Marcus is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
