Panida has held various positions such as Principal Scientist at Xencor, Scientist II at AlivaMab Discovery Services, and Senior Scientist-Group Leader at Eurofins DiscoverX. With experience in overseeing lab operations, managing projects, and collaborating cross-functionally, Panida has a strong track record in assay development and high-throughput screening.
