Ben Kelly has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Ben began their career in 1986 as a Production Engineer at Cambridge Micro Computers, where they were promoted to Technical Manager. In 1995, they joined Plasmon Data Ltd as a Support Engineer, and was later promoted to EMEA Service and Support Manager. In 1998, they moved to Allstor Software, a subsidiary of Plasmon Data, as Integration and Test Manager. In 2008, they joined XenData as Senior Support Consultant, and was later promoted to Worldwide Support Manager.

Ben Kelly attended William Ellis School from 1983 to 1986 and Anglia Ruskin University afterwards. No additional certifications were obtained.
