Ashraf Tumbi

Ashraf Tumbi serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Xenel Industries Ltd. since April 1975 and has significant experience in corporate governance, previously holding the position of Board Member and Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees at Hub Power Co. Ltd. from 1992 to August 2012. Tumbi obtained a Certificate in Executive Program (SEP) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1985, achieved a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants between 1969 and 1972, and completed studies at Karachi University from 1968 to 1970.
