Joe Marze

Joe Marze has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Joe began their career at Fortress Systems International as a Sales Associate and Technician, where they focused on customer service, new client acquisition, and hardware/software installation and configuration. Joe then worked at Arrendale Associates as a Network Analyst and Trainer, providing technical support for hospital administrators and staff, troubleshooting Oracle issues, and conducting onsite training. Following this, Joe joined DP Connections as a Tech Support Trainer and RMA Manager, responsible for training new help desk employees, administering ISP support programs, and managing RMA tickets. Joe then worked at HSBC - Decision One Mortgage as a Business Analyst and Team Lead, providing support for underwriting and pricing rules, answering system inquiries, and performing root cause analysis. Joe then joined RealTime Intelligence as a Professional Services Technical Lead, where they contributed to the design and deployment of customer systems, implemented network solutions for security and compliance, and improved deliverable capabilities. Currently, Joe is working as a Product Project Manager at Xenial, specializing in project and software lifecycle management, requirement gathering, and executing statements of work based on customer specifications. Throughout their career, Joe has consistently demonstrated their skills in customer support, technical training, project management, and system implementation.

Joe Marze obtained a Diploma in Computer Technology from ECPI University in 1999-2000. Joe then pursued a Diploma in Information Technology from the same university from 2000-2002. In addition to their academic credentials, Joe Marze holds several certifications. These include Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2018, QIR from the PCI Security Standards Council, obtained in April 2017, A+ Certified Professional, IT Technician from CompTIA, obtained in February 2008, and Six Sigma Green Belt from HSBC via B.C Ferrell as well as Six Sigma Black Belt. The Six Sigma Green Belt certification was obtained in September 2007.
