Tariq Alvi

Tariq Alvi is the current President & CEO at XentIT. Tariq has held this position since April 2006. Prior to this, they were the Development Team Lead at The Mills Corporation from October 2005 to April 2006. From September 2001 to September 2005, they worked as a Senior Developer/Analyst - Project Manager at Fortune 100 Automotive. From February 2000 to September 2001, they worked as a Senior Consultant - Manager at Modis. From February 1998 to January 2000, they worked as a Senior Consultant (ERP) at Whittman-Hart / marchFIRST. And from December 1995 to January 1998, they worked as the Permit Services Manager (Technical Services Division) at the Indiana Department of Transportation.

Tariq Alvi has a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Tariq also has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. In addition, they are certified by ISACA in CDPSE, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Tariq is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
