Annika Weigel

Annika Weigel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Annika currently works at Xentral ERP Software as the Lead People Operations, Data, and Processes. In this role, they are responsible for designing processes and workflows, ensuring accuracy and flow of People Data and Controlling, and establishing locations and employment at national and international levels.

Prior to their current role, Annika worked as a Senior Talent Partner IT at Xentral ERP Software. Annika also served as a Lecturer at Münchner Volkshochschule, where they shared their expertise and knowledge.
