Tomás Moreno is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources and People Management, currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at Xepelin since May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as HR Manager at Acid Labs Chile and as a Human Resources Business Partner at NEORIS, where responsibilities encompassed culture and climate management, employee benefits, payroll, training, talent development, and performance evaluation for the Andean region.
