Neil Temple

Neil Temple is an experienced Service Delivery Manager currently with Xeretec Ltd, overseeing services for the BBC since October 2017. Previously, Neil held service management roles at Apogee Corporation and Danwood, where responsibilities included customer service management and team leadership. Neil's extensive background in service management began at ABS (Northern), where a team of 8 technicians was managed, focusing on service delivery aspects including logistics, training, and quality control. Early career experience includes a role as a Trainee Electrician at A&B Electrics, specializing in the installation of industrial and domestic wiring systems. Neil is currently pursuing education with the Institute of Leadership & Management since 2014.
