Alven L.

Alven L. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Team Lead at Xero since March 2023, overseeing the backend authentication platform and managing business and engineering priorities. Previously, Alven held the role of Platform Team Lead at Assura Software from March 2021 to March 2023, managing web and core platform development. Alven's experience includes being a Development Team Lead at FIS, where responsibilities included leading a scrum team and ensuring delivery performance, and a Senior Software Developer at IAG. Alven's early career features roles as a Software Engineer at FIS and SunGard, as well as a General Vineyard Worker during a working holiday in New Zealand, and contracting from May 2006 until December 2011. Alven holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Multimedia University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
