Tian Shou

Tian Shou is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in fintech, e-commerce, and digital experiences. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Xero since October 2024, Tian oversees the development of XeroMe, Expenses, and Payroll products. As the Founder of ShoutIdeas, Tian provides advisory services to startups, focusing on product-led growth. Previous roles include Group Product Lead at Constantinople, where Tian led the launch of the GSB Business+ bank, and Director of Product Management at Square, responsible for global checkout processes at Afterpay. Tian also held the position of VP of Product at Rokt, Director of Product at Freelancer.com, and Founder & CEO of GOGOSU, which was successfully exited to Vici Gaming. Tian's earlier career includes positions as Product Manager at Freelancer.com, Data Scientist at PokerStars, and Risk Analyst at Deloitte. Tian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and Information Systems from the University of Sydney.
