Rafael Sanaguano

Rafael Sanaguano has worked in various roles since 2013. Rafael's first role was as a Business Technology Specialist for Xertica Labs, where they supported the pre-sales process with technical aspects of business opportunities, defined the strategy for technical implementation of projects, and provided technical demonstrations of products and services. Rafael then moved on to become a Deployment Project Manager for CLOUDWARE360 SAC, where they implemented projects for Google Apps for Business, Education, and Government, provided virtual and in-person training for communication, collaboration, and administration tools, and advised on the infrastructure of Google Apps in the cloud. Most recently, they have been working as an Infrastructure Engineer for Uniliver Andina Ecuador, where they have been developing and implementing projects, designing and installing structured voice and data cabling, configuring communication equipment, coordinating and supervising work in the ice cream plant, administering Windows and Unix servers, and providing user support.

Rafael Sanaguano has a degree in Ingeniería from Politécnico Grancolombiano. Rafael also holds certifications in CCNA, ELASTIX, and DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST GOOGLE from UESS.
