Milosz Bazela

Milosz Bazela has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Milosz started their career as a Support Specialist at Baan in 1999 and later became a Support Team Leader at BEELC from 2000 to 2002.

From 2002 to 2010, Milosz worked at MrTed, where they held multiple roles including Support Specialist, Support Team Leader, Support and QA Manager, Head of Customer Care, and Information Security Officer. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing security measures, conducting audits, managing support teams, and implementing quality assurance processes. Milosz also achieved notable accomplishments such as building an online Customer Information System and introducing a test automation framework.

In 2010, Milosz joined Lumesse (formerly known as StepStone Solutions) as the Head of Quality Control & Release. Milosz later became the Head of Development (TalentLink) from 2011 to 2012.

Since 2012, Milosz has been working at Xfive.co as the Head of Xfive. In this role, they lead a team that delivers web and mobile apps, modern websites, animations, and apps based on various technologies including WordPress, React, React Native, and Vue.

In 2016, Milosz also became the Head of Goodiewebsite, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and managing projects.

Milosz Bazela pursued their Master of Engineering degree in Mechanic and Informatic from Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology in Krakow from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at I LO w Chrzanowie from 1990 to 1994. Later, they enrolled at Stockholm University from 2006 to 2009 for an MBA, with the additional completion of an MBA program from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie during the same time period.
