Matthew Bill

Matthew Bill has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Matthew is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Xiatech. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Delivery Standards and Integration followed by an Agile Coach at Corsearch. Matthew also worked as the Head of Technology at Entura International, where they managed multiple cross-functional agile teams and executed the company's direction as part of the senior leadership team. Before that, they served as a Data Science Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at SessionCam Ltd. Matthew also worked at Aviva as a Technical Lead and Development Team Lead. Matthew began their career as a Junior Developer at BoardEx. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated their expertise in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Matthew Bill obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in July 2011, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile in October 2021, and Advanced Certifed ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
