Teleen Norman

Teleen Norman has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. Teleen currently holds the position of Vice President Clinical Operations at Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at TESARO as a Senior Director of Clinical Operations from August 2014 to August 2020.

Before joining TESARO, Teleen was the Director, Project Team Leader at Sarah Cannon, SCRI Development Innovations from November 2013 to July 2014. Teleen also served as the Director of Clinical Operations at Clinical Development Group, LLC from December 2010 to November 2013, where they provided expert drug development support and oversaw clinical trial operations.

Teleen's career also includes roles at i3 Global Quality and i3 Research. At i3 Global Quality, they were an Associate Director of Process Management and Improvement from February 2010 to December 2010. At i3 Research, they held the positions of Director of Clinical Monitoring from February 2008 to May 2009, and Associate Director of Project Management from an unspecified start date to February 2008.

Teleen Norman completed a Six Sigma Black Belt program at Enterprise Quality, UnitedHealth Group until 2010. Additionally, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Centenary University and studied Business Administration.
