Sylvia Suen

Sylvia Suen is a highly experienced lab manager and senior research associate currently working at Xilis in the Netherlands, focusing on drug screening using 3D cultures from patient tumor tissue. Prior to this role, Sylvia served as a senior research technician at UMC Utrecht, specializing in the culture of human colon organoids and conducting assays related to cystic fibrosis under the supervision of Professor Jeffrey Beekman. Sylvia's academic background includes a Master of Science in medical biology from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in nutrition and health from Wageningen University, along with research experience at the University of Umea and Nijmegen Centre for Molecular Life Sciences.
