Hitesh Barot

Hitesh Barot has been working in the technology industry since 1997. Hitesh began their career at Xerox Inc as a Business System Analyst. In 1999, they joined Blinds To Go, where they held various roles including Vice President of Information Technology, IT/Supply Chain Director, IT Director, Sr. IT Manager, and Business System Analyst. In 2019, they became the CEO and Non-Executive Director of Ximple Solutions, an ERP Software Company. In their role as Non-Executive Director, they provide strategic guidance to the SaaS ERP Solution provider for the Wholesale Distribution Niche, acting as a trusted business adviser and innovator, helping the company to execute their vision to create agile, personalized ERP, layering new automation and predictive intelligence capabilities.

Hitesh Barot has an extensive education history. Hitesh obtained a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering in 1993 and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance from Sardar Patel University in 1996. Hitesh then went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in M.S (MIS) from the University of the West of England in 1997. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from IBM: IBM Certified Professional Architect - Cloud v5 in September 2022, and IBM Partner Ecosystem Sales Foundation in July 2022.
