Franziska Elisabeth Uhl, PhD, currently serves as a Quality Control Specialist and Research Scientist at Xintela AB since September 2021. Previously, Uhl was a Postdoktor in Vascular Biology at Lund University, specializing in cardiopulmonary research, myocardial infarction models, and murine behavioral studies. Prior to that, Uhl worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Vermont, focusing on lung tissue engineering and proteomics. Uhl’s academic journey began at Helmholtz Zentrum München, where a PhD thesis was completed on lung regeneration. Earlier experience includes research at BioCer Entwicklungs-GmbH, concentrating on bone replacement materials and quality management systems. Uhl holds a PhD in lung regeneration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and an Engineer's degree in Environmental and Bioengineering from the University of Bayreuth.
