Isabelle van der Straten

Isabelle van der Straten currently serves as the Head of People at XITE, a position held since December 2020, having previously worked as an HR Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Consultant at Yacht trainees from October 2017 to December 2020, focusing on talent management and employee experience within a three-year traineeship program. Prior to that, Isabelle was a Consultant at Effectory from September 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities included managing employee surveys and project management for internal and external clients. Earlier work experience includes positions at Eefje Voogd Makelaardij, Opvallers, MTV Networks, and Radio 538. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Policy, Communication and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Communication from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
