Craig Jory has extensive work experience in the field of training and development, primarily in the construction industry. Craig served as the Director of Training and Development at XL Construction, where they designed and implemented talent development systems and promoted the company's mission and values. Prior to that, they were the Director of Training at Balfour Beatty Construction US, overseeing training efforts in the West Region. Craig also worked as the Community and Team Development lead at Howard S. Wright, with a focus on enhancing the company's connection with the construction community and developing their internal teams. Before these roles, Craig was the owner of Jory HR, Inc., where they provided human resources consulting services to various industries and clients. Craig was involved in a wide range of HR functions, including guidance and support for senior management, benefit plan design, performance management, recruiting, succession planning, strategic HR planning, and labor relations. Craig's work experience spans from 2001 to the present.
Craig Jory earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Managing Up" from LinkedIn in March 2017 and in "Managing Your Time" from LinkedIn in November 2016.
