Melissa Kayali

Melissa Kayali has a strong background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in property underwriting and management. Melissa currently holds the role of Vice President - Senior Property Underwriter at XL Catlin since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Division Underwriting Manager - West at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they successfully managed the Large Accounts Property Division for the West Coast and led a team of 5 underwriters. Melissa also held the position of VP-Senior Property Underwriter at XL Insurance from 2002 to 2015. Before that, they worked as a Property Underwriter at Royal & Sun Alliance and as an Account Engineer at Zurich Insurance. Melissa'scareer started at Industrial Risk Insurers, where they held various positions including Field Engineer, Supervisor, and Account Consultant.

Melissa Kayali completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Math from Sam Houston State University between 1980 and 1984.
