Luke Worley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Luke started their career in 2004 as an Events Manager at Flair Event Staffing & Management Ltd, where they focused on providing staff operational packages for events and promotional industry. In 2013, they worked as a Head Coach at Loughborough Sport.

In 2016, Luke Worley served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at All Saints Hotel. Luke then joined XL Sports Tours in 2015 as an Operations Executive and Tour Manager, where they provided tailored sport-focused packages for global sporting events. During their time at XL Sports Tours, they also worked as a Tour Director for XL Soccer Tour.

In 2017, Luke Worley became the 1st Team Coach Ladies Team at Wymondham Town Football Club Limited. Luke also worked as an Assistant Events and Duty Manager at Ravenwood Hall Hotel & Restaurant before joining Crown Catering Cambridge as a Senior Event Manager in 2018.

In 2019, Luke Worley held the position of General Manager and Operations Manager at The Bury St Edmunds & Farmers Club. Luke then became the Post 16 Football and Education Manager at Ipswich Town FC in 2020.

Luke Worley's most recent work experience includes working as an FA Coach Developer at The Football Association starting from 2021, and as a General Manager at XL Sports Tours since 2023.

Luke Worley attended the University of Lincoln from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a BSC degree in Sports Coaching and Development. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued further education at the University of Suffolk, completing a PGCE in Further Education. Luke Worley also holds several additional certifications, including the UEFA B Level 3 Certificate in Coaching from UEFA, the Youth Award from The Football Association, the FA Level 1 in Talent Identification from The Football Association, and the FA Level 2 Coaching, also from The Football Association.
