Luke Worley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Luke started their career in 2004 as an Events Manager at Flair Event Staffing & Management Ltd, where they focused on providing staff operational packages for events and promotional industry. In 2013, they worked as a Head Coach at Loughborough Sport.
In 2016, Luke Worley served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at All Saints Hotel. Luke then joined XL Sports Tours in 2015 as an Operations Executive and Tour Manager, where they provided tailored sport-focused packages for global sporting events. During their time at XL Sports Tours, they also worked as a Tour Director for XL Soccer Tour.

Luke Worley also holds several additional certifications, including the UEFA B Level 3 Certificate in Coaching from UEFA, the Youth Award from The Football Association, the FA Level 1 in Talent Identification from The Football Association, and the FA Level 2 Coaching, also from The Football Association.
