Sivan Shimshila Bronstein

Sivan Shimshila Bronstein is an experienced instructional designer currently working at XM Cyber since July 2022, following a tenure at Checkmarx from April 2021 to July 2022. Sivan has extensive experience in managing end-to-end learning experience projects, developing interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, and creating educational materials across various educational and professional settings. Previous roles include instructional design expertise at Lnet Learning Technologies LTD, learning experience professional at Badarom Technologies LTD and Machshava Tova, science teacher at elementary schools, and application support with MalamTeam and Maccabi Dent. Sivan's earlier experience includes developing training materials for the Israel Defense Forces, where leadership involved directing over 400 soldiers in various technical courses. Sivan holds a B.Sc. in Life Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Ed. in Education from Levinsky College of Education.
