Daniel King

Daniel King has over sixteen years of professional experience in software development and project management. Daniel began their career in 2004 as a Resource Planner for AAPT. In 2006, they moved to Telefónica as a Real Time Analyst / Analyst Developer. From 2008 to 2011, they worked for two companies, Catalyst Media and Professional Advantage, in roles as a Project Manager / .Net Developer and Senior Analyst Developer, respectively. From 2011 to 2015, they worked for Sunshine Coast Council as a Team Leader for Development and Integration, Solutions Architect, and Systems and Process Consultant. From 2015 to 2022, they were Lead Application Developer, Development Team Manager, and Senior Software Developer at Youi Insurance. Currently, they are a Software Development Manager at XMPro.

Daniel King obtained a Bachelor of Information Systems from Australian Catholic University from 2000 to 2003, focusing on Business Process Modelling (BPM). Prior to this, they obtained a Cert IV in Information Technology from TAFE NSW from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, they have obtained a TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group in January 2022 and an Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2021.
