Pietro Pozzi

Pietro Pozzi is an engineer with an university degree in nuclear engineering. Pietro began their career in 1970 as a member of the Judo club Kurihara. In 1985, they became a Project Engineer at Laben S.p.A., where they worked until 1988. From 1988 to 1991, they worked as a System Manager at AERO ENGINEERING S.p.A. Pietro then returned to Laben S.p.A. as a Project Manager from 1991 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Gilardoni S.p.A. as a Business Development and Project Manager. During their time there, they worked with companies such as Alenia, Dornier, Philips Medical System, ESA, Alcatel, Aerospatiale, and British Aerospace. In 2009, they worked as an Engineer at IMQ and as a Consultant. Since 2015, they have been the CTO of Xnext S.R.L., an innovative start-up based in Milan. At Xnext, they have been developing the next generation of equipments for in line, non destructive testing on all of the tested product.

Pietro Pozzi's education history includes obtaining a Maturità liceo classico from Leone XIII in 1970-1975, a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1975-1980, a Master's Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1975-1984, and an Authorized Analist in Energy Saving from Politecnico di Milano in 2011-2012. Pietro also holds a Quality System Regulation certification from CfPA - The Center for Professional Advancement.
