Neil Coutts

Neil Coutts is a seasoned process engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Process & Facilities Manager at Xodus Group since July 2012, Neil established the process and facilities engineering division in Perth, overseeing project execution, client relations, and team development. Prior to this role, Neil excelled as the Process Team Leader at Atkins, managing a team of 16 engineers and completing significant projects including gas processing plant designs and FPSO debottlenecking studies. Neil's earlier experience includes roles as Principal Process Engineer at IGL Oil & Gas Consultants and Poyry, as well as a Process Engineer at Brown & Root, focusing on process optimization for gas production facilities. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
