Daniela Lacerda

Daniela L. is an experienced professional in project management and software development, currently serving as the Team Lead of Software Development at Vista, where responsibilities include leading strategic projects for the finance sector, maintaining stakeholder relationships, organizing Scrum ceremonies, and coaching team members. Prior experience includes roles as Key Account Project Manager at FSB Comunicação, where Daniela maintained client communication and managed project coordination, and as Co-Owner of Power of 2, focusing on sales and custom project proposals.
