Niklas König

Niklas König is a scientist currently employed at xolo since January 2020, with previous experience as a postdoctoral researcher at Humboldt University of Berlin under Prof. Stefan Hecht from October 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, Niklas served as a PhD student at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from August 2015 to September 2018, working with Dr. Jean-François Lutz on molecular data storages and the design of information-containing macromolecules. Additional experience includes a visiting PhD student role at Eindhoven University of Technology, external employment at the European Patent Office focusing on the classification of patent literature, internships at Bayer HealthCare in preparative organic synthesis, and a student assistant position at Freie Universität Berlin. Niklas holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Freie Universität Berlin and completed exchange studies at Uppsala University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Freie Universität Berlin.
