Sam Hatoum

Sam Hatoum has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sam is currently the CEO and Founder of Xolvio, a software house that provides digital architecture services, staff augmentation, and full-stack delivery capabilities. They specialize in Apollo GraphQL, custom martech and headless commerce solutions, refactoring and modernizing legacy code, and CI/CD pipeline automation.

Prior to starting Xolvio, Sam worked at AKQA as a Technical Delivery Manager and Agile Coach. Sam led a team to deliver AudiUSA.com and created bespoke products to visualize and socialize system and team progress.

Sam also worked as an Agile Coach at BSkyB and BBC, an Agile Delivery Consultant at R/GA, and a Senior Agile Coach at Emergn. Sam co-founded PlaceBuzz, a property platform, where they worked on various areas including strategy, marketing, and design.

Sam'searlier roles include being an Agile Technical Delivery Manager at AKQA, an Agile Developer and Scrum Master at BSkyB, and an Agile Technical Lead at Signature Technologies.
