Senior Director, Program Development at Xontogeny

Heather Antioquia (Petty) is an experienced professional in program development and mentorship within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Development at Xontogeny since June 2016, Heather has held various positions in program development at the same company. Additionally, since February 2023, Heather has been a Startup Mentor at Nucleate, guiding early-stage life sciences companies in the Philadelphia Chapter. Heather's commitment to community service is demonstrated through participation on the Young Professionals Executive Committee for The Genesis Foundation for Children from June 2019 to June 2022.
