Gordon Melsom

Gordon Melsom is an accomplished professional currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Xootro since August 2018, where the focus is on transforming negative experiences into positive outcomes to enhance well-being and fulfillment. Additionally, Gordon has been the Head of Operations and Finance at the Centre for Inclusive Design since September 2017 and Operations Manager at Media Access Australia since October 2016. Previously, Gordon worked as a Business Analyst in Costing and Financial Analysis and Change Management at the Department of Defence of Australia from 2005 to 2013, and as an Immigration Officer with the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection from 1997 to 2005. Gordon holds a Master of Business from UNSW and a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management, along with a Certificate IV in Government - Fraud Control Investigation from Australian Forensic Services, and a Tertiary Preparation Certificate from TAFE NSW.
