Swapnil Bhoir

Swapnil Bhoir's work experience begins in 2012 as a Management Trainee of Accounts at Innovassynth Technologies (I) Ltd. During this time, they were responsible for accounts payable and receivables, bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, invoice processing, and generating MIS reports.

Next, Swapnil worked as an Accountant at Serco from 2013 to 2014, where they handled accounts payable and receivables, bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and invoice processing, along with generating MIS reports.

From 2014 to 2016, Swapnil served as an Accountant at Sanghvi Foods Pvt Ltd. Here, they were responsible for invoice processing, bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, accounts payable, and handling petty cash book entries.

Swapnil then joined Narula Brothers Company Ltd as a Senior Accounts Officer from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they handled various accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, withholding tax, VAT reports preparation and filing returns, and maintaining financial control.

From 2019 to 2020, Swapnil worked as an Accounts Assistant Manager at Careers at Crossroads Maldives. Here, their responsibilities included preparing GST and withholding tax reports, MIS reports, revenue forecasts, financial budgets, coordination with the Bangkok Head Office, and handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Currently, Swapnil is employed at Xoriant since 2020 as a Finance Lead, primarily focusing on invoice processing, project and agreement creation, handling accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Swapnil Bhoir completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in the same field from the same university.
