Sai K. has an extensive work experience in various engineering roles.

Starting in 2015, Sai worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Sai served as a Manufacturing Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

In 2017, Sai joined The Productivity Team as an Industrial Design Engineer, providing industrial design and launch support for various companies.

From 2019 to 2020, Sai worked as an Industrial Engineer at Blue Bird Corporation.

Starting in 2020, Sai joined Romeo Power, Inc. and held multiple roles including Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Quality Systems Engineer, and Senior Industrial Engineer until 2022.

Currently, Sai works as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Xos Trucks, starting in 2022.

Sai K. obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE) from The University of Texas at El Paso from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Sai K. completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from VNR Vignanajyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology, which was attended from 2010 to 2014. In addition to Sai K.'s academic qualifications, they also possess various certifications including MODAPTS from IMA Modapts obtained in September 2017, PMP® Certification Training Course from the Project Management Institute obtained in October 2020, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS obtained in August 2016, and Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) from SME obtained in April 2015.
