Fábio Kann

Fábio Kann has a diverse work experience, starting as Vice President/Senior Associate at The Carlyle Group from July 2015 to February 2020. Fábio then moved on to XP Inc. as Director of Private Equity in February 2020. Fábio also served as Chief Financial Officer at XPAC Acquisition Corp from August 2021 to July 2023. Additionally, they held roles as a Board Member in various companies, including Alife Group, will bank, BEYOUNG, Br Supply Suprimentos Corporativos, Vision One, and Botoclinic. Currently, they are a Board Member at FERTGROUP Medicina Reprodutiva.

Fábio Kann completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2009, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Law at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2005 to 2012. In 2013, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and also participated in an Exchange Programme in Business Administration at Maastricht University in 2007.
