Letícia Goes is a Senior Software Engineer at XP Inc. since January 2024, after serving as a Desenvolvedora Back-End .Net at DB1 Global Software from October 2017 to January 2024, where collaboration on products and tools for stakeholders took place. Prior to DB1, Letícia worked at MStech from September 2013 to October 2017, contributing to various software development projects and participating in international client relations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Back-End Developer at Arca Solutions from November 2010 to August 2013 and an administrative internship at the Prefeitura Municipal de Botucatu in 2010. Letícia holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Gennari & Peartree, completed in 2010.
