Howard Siegel

Howard Siegel has a diverse work experience in the legal and telecommunications sectors. Howard started their career in 1995 as the Director of Policy Development at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, where they worked until 1999. Howard then joined IP Communications as an Attorney from 1999 to 2003. After that, they worked at Logix Fiber Networks as an Attorney for a long period of 20 years. Currently, they are the CEO and General Counsel at Xpanse Networks, a position they have held since 2023.

Howard Siegel earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Houston from 1986 to 1990. Howard then went on to study at the University of Houston Law Center, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from 1990 to 1993.
