Erika Crandall

Erika Crandall has extensive experience in risk and compliance management. Erika currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Xpansiv since 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Risk at The Reserve Trust Company, where they developed a holistic risk program and compliance framework.
