Marta Najman

Marta Najman currently serves as Country Manager for Polska at xpd global, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Marta held the position of Area Sales Manager for Poland and Romania at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from May 2017 to December 2023. Marta also served as Acting Country Manager with full profit and loss responsibility at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from July 2014 to August 2015. Earlier career roles include Airfreight Supervisor at UPS SCS Polska and positions as an Air Export Clerk and Service Agent at UPS SCS UK, where Marta was involved in air export processing, logistics, and customer relationship management. Marta holds a post-graduate degree in Company Management from Kozminski University, obtained in 2011.
