Paola Guzman

Paola Guzman is an experienced HR professional currently working as an HRBP for Andina at xpd global since September 2022. Prior roles include talent development analyst at Seguros SURA, business partner analyst and talent development analyst at Avianca, and talent acquisition analyst at Johnson & Johnson. Throughout these positions, Paola Guzman has developed and implemented leadership and service strategies, managed recruitment processes, and handled medical and security evaluations across Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. Paola Guzman is pursuing a master's degree in organizational human talent management at Universidad EAFIT, following a psychology degree from Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores.
